• Details of the work you are enquiring about, including anything you tell us in a message.
• Records of the work we have carried out, including certificates and invoices.
• Basic technical information collected automatically when you use this website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To carry out the work, order materials and arrange access.
• To issue certificates, invoices and receipts.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations, including electrical safety certification.
• To keep our records and, where you have agreed to it, to send you occasional updates.

Our lawful basis

We rely on contract where we are quoting for or carrying out work for you, legal obligation where certification or tax law requires us to keep records, legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and consent for any marketing messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary: with our accountant, with certification bodies such as NICEIC, with suppliers where materials are delivered to your property, and with service providers who host this website and deliver our email. Where the law requires it, we may share information with public authorities.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work, including certificates and invoices, are kept for at least 6 years to meet our legal and insurance obligations.

Your rights
